General Wat are some good Ad blocking must have tweaks?

If you use Pandora (and want unlimited skips/no ads) Flex has an all-in-one that works great with version 4.1 (I find 4.2 to have more occurring video ads)

Do not over used/ take advantage. It locks me out if I skip to many.
