First of all, there is no way for user to put anything on watch through wired connection right now.
Then, even if watchOS 5 is supported, it could be painfully slow because of the slow processor inside S0 Apple Watch.

watchOS 5 does not support series 0. It's also pretty locked down, so I doubt anyone will be able to develop a means to mod/hack it to make it possible.
