Watch activity data not showing in phone app

I’ve been using my new iPhone SE since last week, and I’ve paired it with my Watch Series 5. The Watch is correctly recording activity data, as seen here:

but the Activity app on my phone isn’t showing any of this data:

What have I done wrong here?

I am going to assume that this watch and iPhone are paired? Because otherwise it will not send the data to the iPhone.
Assuming the answer is yes, you should first try resetting both devices as that generally will cause the data to sync.
Otherwise - if the resets don't solve the issue - you should try unpairing the Watch from the iPhone and re-pair it.

Yes, the Watch has been paired with the phone, and data shows up in the Health app.

I’ll try re-setting the Watch later. Thanks for the suggestion.
