so after updating my iPhone to iOS 13 beta I was prompted to update my watch to watchOS 5.2.1 which I did. But now in the Apple Watch app on the phone it’s stuck on the Apple Watch is syncing screen (see picture) if I try to go back the only option I’m presented with is resetting the watch if I exit this screen. It’s been like this for about 20 hours now..... the watch is updated and working normally.
