Its part of the new watch faces in WatchOS 6. You will be able to replicate it on September 20th.

I’m not currently seeing the option for the 4 complications with the California watch face, only 2. They aren’t full color either.

This is going to bother me if true. No reason for a watch face to be exclusive to a new device, and that face is something I have been hoping for for a while now

Its part of the new watch faces in WatchOS 6. You will be able to replicate it on September 20th.

Hopefully it will be available within WatchOS 6, the latest beta doesn't have it. Maybe in the next beta.

Maybe it will be in the GM of Watch OS 6 because it's not in the beta.

IDK. I do think it's likely to be available on the S4, but I really doubt it's also going to be available on the S1-S3 like this agent says.

Can confirm Meridian is in watchOS 6 GM for Series 4. Makes sense why I wasn’t seeing it under California. It supports a primary black or white face with multicolor complications too. I love this watch face.
