Watch: how do I check my sleep?

Hello!

I wore my Watch last night in bed. How can I check my sleep? I can’t find it in the Health app on my iPhone and according to Apple I have to ask my Watch “How did I sleep?” but unfortunately Siri doesn’t get my accent and the command doesn’t seem to be available in another language either.
