I'm still doing my pre-purchase research, so please bear with me.

I drive a 2014 Jeep Cherokee with the UConnect audio system, and I connect my iPhone 6S to it through Bluetooth to listen to music and make/answer phone calls.

Will there be any issues with still doing that with my phone connected to the Watch? I'm wondering if the Watch will take priority when calls and texts come in.

Thanks for the help.

I have a 2012 Chrysler that uses UConnect and the iPhone watch combination works fine.

You get the sound as usual in the car speakers, plus haptic in the watch

Navigation while driving is really nice too, more useful than I anticipated.

Taps to remind you of turns or merges are really helpful and if you ever run navigation while using the vehicle radio instead of bluetooth they can keep you on track if you forget to watch for the map screen indicators.

You can also enable over-the-radio prompts:
