Watch OS 4.1?

Hello!

I installed iOS 11.1 on my iPhone and then installed the profile for my watch, however, it is not finding the iOS 4.1 update....Any help would be appreciated.

There’s 2 profiles, one for iOS betas and one for Watch betas.

Installing the iOS profile on the Watch is possible, but as you’ve found it does nothing.

It’s only available to developers, there are no public betas for watchOS.

You don't say where you installed the Watch beta profile. It needs to be installed to the Watch. Other than that, it is limited to developers at this time.
