Watch OS 6 missing new faces

Just like the title says. I’ve got a Series 4 running 6.0 and no new watch faces have appeared. Anyone else experiencing this?

Bigger problem for me is the bug causing missing complications:

Can't understand why this is still in. Only way to get them back is setting them on the Watch itself.

I was missing a lot of complications, however restarting my iPhone fixed the issue.

At first the new faces didn’t appear for me either, then I restarted the Watch app on my iphone and they appeared.
