At least in my S4 app launch and app switch animations are faster and now takes half the time it used to. I love this.

Apps Watch OS 7 has faster animations. Getting to apps is much faster now.

Noticed this on my S5 as well. Even just going into the app list is faster now, or at least “feels” faster.
