anyone know how i get off the Beta program for the watch os ?

Have you removed the beta profile from within the watch app? Go to general scroll down to the bottom, select profile. Then remove the beta profile.

I always thought once your on the beta, you’re stuck on it? There’s no downgrade so you can only get off the beta process when the beta is released publicly?

This. You can remove the beta profile, but you won't get an update to get off beta cycle until the beta is released to the public and the build number is higher.

No such setting at the bottom of my general settings

Then that means that when new betas come out you won’t see a download for them. Now to remove the beta from your watch, you’ll have up wait for Apple to release a new official update.

You’re better off keeping the profile until 4.1 is closer to release.

Without it you’re stuck on the current beta.
