Watch shows online?

Hey,

Can anyone tell me how to watch tv shows/movies online? Not like BBC iplayer etc. But a place that has a library of shows/movies that you can then just click and watch?

I think such a site exists!

Hulu has a free version with advertising and a premium version without.
