Watch still says back order

I ordered my watch on 13 Sept, it still says back order with a ship date of 04 November. Please tell me this isn’t right🙄

You have to be patient. But generally Apple beats their estimated delivery times.

Which band did you order with it? If you ordered with the Trail, you are out of luck!

Mine updated to a range of dates but has stuck in ‘order in progress’ ever since as days within the new window continue to tick away with no further change in status!

Verizon? Mine was 11/4 also, but it told me it shipped today. Sounds like Apple is getting caught up.

I ordered mine through Apple on September 8th. They originally gave me a estimated date of October 12th, but it arrived to my house yesterday. I believe you'll get it a few weeks earlier in all honesty.

I sure hope so I checked today and no changes, it just said back ordered ship date 4 Nov

Thats annoying. Same thing happened to me, so I cancelled my purchase, then ordered one from best buy. Then BB change my order to the end of this week. So I went to the Apple store and was able to buy one! So annoying.

At the online apple store thats how mine was until it updated to mid October and then I cancelled it. I ordered 10 minutes from launch too. Best Buy, during ordering said it would be received on launch day, then on launch day updated it to be 2 additional weeks. So I walked into an apple store in person and they had an ultra with a white ocean band in stock so I bought it. Ordering and shipping is a joke.

My card was already charged and cred was taken out of my apple account.. so it's most convenient to just wait it out unfortunately.

Mine finally changed to shipped yesterday with delivery expected on Monday. 😀

Why didn’t they say signature required? No one was home, so they didn’t leave it. And there is no where for me to sign and say please leave on next attempt

You have a tracking. Call them and have it held to be picked up in person.

Pretty much all apple stuff is sig required.
