hi there.

I got a second watch. So I did not use my sport for 5 days. Now it's stuck (or looks stuck) on a charge logo.

I think the watch is gone to far empty.
It's on the charger for a full hour now but still nothing is happening.

Somebody know what to do?

I've never seen that symbol but if I had to guess I'm thinking it's telling you to connect it to the charger because it's completely dead. It will take more than an hour. I'd leave it all day or over night.

If that still remains, is it showing on the Watch App on your phone, if it is you may need to un-pair it and set it back up. But again I'd leave on the charger first for maybe a day.

It took 3 hours, after that it was going to boot.
If you're not going to use it I'd charge it up then shut it down completely. When you later go to use it again put it on the charger first which will start it up.
