Help, my watch is totally bricked after updating to 2.0. Screen freezes the minute I touch it, and I need to force restart it (holding down the two buttons) over and over again

i had the same issue, then after about 5 reboots it was fine.......

People love to literally misuse the word 'Bricked' almost as much as the word literally.

OP, if your :apple:Watch is bricked then you will have to have it replaced. If you get it working then it was NOT bricked. You can't turn a 'brick' into a watch.

This response was totally unhelpful.....

Mine finished the update, or so I thought. I entered the lock code and the update then seemed to continue again with the progress circle. After that finished the watch wouldn't do anything, black screen. I did a force reboot and it came back to the lock screen again. Entered the code and it's going through the install screen again!!!

OK, After three reboots and what seems like three repeats of the update the display shows the clock.
