Watching iTunes & Organizing Library

Hello All

With all the recent updates I've done (iTunes update, move over to Lion etc) some of my settings have changed and I'm not sure where exactly this got changed...

I cannot both watch something in iTunes and organize my library. I have to stop the movie in order to organize. I used to be able to do both.

Any ideas why it's gone like that? I don't see any options in the preferences where I can change this.

Any help?
