hi all, new to this so sorry if its simple or has been covered. I connected my macbook to my lcd via the hdmi connection and all is good but i can only see my photos on the screen in a very random order. i turned off my screen saver and wallpaper on the laptop but the photos still change on the tv screen. All i want to do is watch my itunes movies on a lcd. please help, again sorry if it sound to simple!

The Display Preference Pane allows you to control the other screen, same goes for the Desktop/Screensaver Pane.
If you want to watch you movie on the other screen, you must change your iTunes preferences so that you show movies in a new window, then drag that window to the other screen, then change the window's size through the menubar to full screen, or 'command-f'.
