I downloaded the Watchmaker app and have tried to create a watch face. I get it made and send it to photos >watchmaker folder but all that shows up is the face with numbers. No hands or colors or anything else. I was making a chronograph watch face with the free version. I'm using it on an iPhone 7plus iOS 12 and apple watch series 3 OS5. Like the app, just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong

I could not figure it out too. I deleted it and let it go

This might sound stupid, but are you sure it’s supposed to work? The app says that analog hands aren’t currently supported.

No, you are far from stupid. I did not read the fine print so the app was doing exactly what they say it will or won't. I have deleted it from my watch.

After a brief look, as I assumed, all it does for the Apple Watch is make live photo backgrounds for the photos watch face. Due to Apple's limitations, there's no other official way to add faces. Not worth the time or money, IMO.
