With watchOS 15, my timer app has moved the custom and recent timer choices to the top/default screen. So, if I want to pick 1,3,5,10 minutes I have to scroll down. Is there any way to revert that or, if not, can anyone recommend a replacement app?
Thanks for any advice

I don't see a way other than using the custom button to place your most used time at the top. Anyway, do a search for "timers" in the App Store on the WATCH and a few do come up you can try.

I've noticed this too. I use the timer a lot and this change annoys me intensely! Wasn't broken, didn't need improving so why change? I also notice that I can't scroll down to the 1,3,5,10 etc using digital crown. Feel like I used to be able to previously.

Yeah I don't like the change either, maybe by the time we get to watchOS 15 they'll have fixed it!

I really like the new design. Now you can have multiple timers and can access recent ones easily.

If you use that often it will be on recent timers. Normally I just use Siri to time something but my timers are almost always out of ordinary, like 40 seconds or 12 minutes. Now I can access those to repeat it for the first time and doesn't have to use Siri all the time.

Next. Change Recent to Pinned Timers so I can pin my often used ones and it will be perfect

I agree with the OPs comments. I do not understand why Apple feels this constant need to tinker with some basic apps! Apparently, the guy that made this change to timers has not used the timer function. And I would guess they are in same group of idiots (or the culture of idiots) that changed the blade tool in FCP to scissors.

I am all for Apple adding new functionality and making the OS more efficient. But not this needless tinkering for no gain and or maybe even loss of functionality.

Hey! Apple! Leave those timers alone!

Now we can set multiple timers so I don’t think it’s a loss of functions.

Also the version of the current watchOS is 8.1

I was just about to post a complaint about the changes to the Timers app and came across this thread. I'm in the same boat as others. The look and functionality of the old app was fantastic -- it was super-easy to start a timer from the clearly-labeled orange circle. Moving those down in favor of recents (that require more attention since we can't rely on muscle memory) is a terrible change. While multiple-timer functionality will be useful to some, this did not require wrecking the UI of what had been one of the best and most useful Apple Watch apps.

Please fix this, Apple!
