watchos 2.0.1 and jailbreak

Just a quick check since it doesn't seem to be obvious. Can I update my apple watch to 2.0.1 and have it still work with my jailbroken iPhone on 9.0.2 or does it somehow require 9.1?

You can update to it on your jailbroken 9.0.2. That's what I did.

WatchOS 2.0.1 does not require iOS 9.1. You will be fine upgrading your watch.
