WatchOS 3 Beta 4

Have any of you had any trouble downloading Beta 4? I can't seem to get it to download. It keeps saying my watch is up to date. 14S5278 d is beta 3 right?

That sounds right for beta 3, but I can't say for certain anymore. Beta 4 ends in 302d.

The best bet if you can't get it to recognize would be to uninstall the watch profile/reboot and install/reboot again. That has worked for me.

Me too. Uninstall profile /reinstall then check for update.

I find that everytime I upgrade the phone beta the watch profile needs to be reinstalled it's not even there anymore or its gets deleted after each watch beta update
