Where in settings. Mine just says I am on IOS 11 on my phone & OS 3.2.3 on my watch. I was using the betas though before 11.Ok guys, here’s what finally worked for me: Go to settings both on the settings app and the watch app, then delete any beta profiles, restart both devices, and you should be good to go then.
Same here & it is very frustrating!

Yep, this worked for me as well. Removing the beta profiles for both the iPhone and the Watch and rebooting both devices did the trick. I am now updating to WatchOS 4.0...Thanks, Dick WhitmanNothing is working still for me.
My is done but it took near 1.5 hours. Never seen anything go so slow.
