I waited extra long for downloading update and eventually decided to go to sleep. Fortunately, when I get up, I can install the beta and it runs normally without major bugs.
The main issue for me was. When you downloaded it and then it was updating. You’d come back to it when it was done and it was still on 4.3.2. It wouldn’t update. I was trying to look for a solution. Couldn’t find one. Reddit was having the same issues I was.

Tomorrow i have an appointment in the Apple store to get the series 2 fixed. I didnt really wanted the series 3 but didnt want to be without an Apple Watch for so long. So now i'm keeping my Series 3 and will be selling my series 2 after its fixed.
Whatever they need to do to repair the issues that were freezing the Apple Watch, then they should take their time to make sure it’s more well prepared or rectify the glitches. I will say they pulled it rather quickly, even though it did inconvenience an undetermined amount of Series 2 and Series 3 owners.
Well ran into the same issue (stuck on Apple logo) on my series 3. Apple had me send it in and now they’re sending it back saying they can’t fix it. They’re email says there is a letter with the watch explaining my options. Most likely it will cost me $$$$ even though it is still in warranty
I understand the risks with beta software but didn’t expect a beta to do hardware damage and for sure did t expect to have to pay for fix.
I am going to stop App development for the watch, I can’t afforf to pay to fix the watch each time a new beta comes out
UPDATE: Watch arrived and documents said they did routine diagnosis on it and found everything working fine. So they returned it. It now has released WOS on it not beta so they did reinstall it. But loaded last backup on this WOS and it's working fine.
