I can’t download the WatchOS 5 beta. I have a developer account, have the iOS 12 developer beta on my iPhone X, I have the beta profile installed on the Watch app. Yet when I check for an update it tells me 4.3.2 is the latest update

Which version of the Watch? It will not work with the original version (so called “Series 0”)

Did you pick the watch profile?

For some reason the iOS profile gives the option to install to the watch which does nothing.
