WatchOS 5 Heart Rate Complication broken?

Upgraded my S3 LTE to OS 5 and lost the Heart Rate complication. Now it does not display last read heart rate and x minutes ago but it simply says HEART RATE. Anyone seen this and if so is there a way to fix it? Thanks for your kind assistance.

Try restarting your Apple Watch and it should become functional.

Had exact same problem and restarting the AW worked

I had the same problem. I’ve restarted the Apple Watch S3 LTE multiple times and the complication still just said “HEART RATE”.

But I restarted again today and now my heart rate metric is back!
