WatchOS 6 wrist detection issue

Hi! Guys, who have the same problem? Wrist detection does not work. HRM and ECG also don’t work. When you turn on HRM does not blink even green. WatchOS 6 Beta 2, iOS 13 Beta 2. There was the same problem in the first beta. I tried to reset the watch and the phone, there was no iCloud in the phone or in the watch, reconnected as two new devices- same problem. Apple Watch Series 4 44mm.
