New faces are the most interesting to me. Will they be available on the S3 is the question I'm wondering, as obviously we only saw them on the S4 during the presentation.

I'm curious about the "direct to device" software updates. If this means you don't need a phone to install software updates, will we be able to "downgrade" watchOS?

Kinda dig the noise warnings. My hearing is shot regardless, but I appreciate the nudge.

Anyone surprised that the series 1 and 2 got support? My series 1 is slow as all get out, so I assumed it was the end of the road. it is a pleasant surprise to find out otherwise. Hope it runs ok!!

Anyone want to hazard a guess as to whether this face will be available on the 42mm screen watches?

I mocked a demo onto my 42mm S2 and it looks ok.

I really hope they extend the new “Find My” app on the Watch. I currently use the “Find My Friends” app on the watch all the time and I been saying it would be great if “Find My iPhone” was also on the watch to be able locate an iPhone accidentally left behind when those are the only two devices you leave home with.

Still no mention of getting a notification for when your phone and watch break Bluetooth connection. A feature that worked great on Android Wear.

Two years ago I jumped the beta wagon and it had a few versions that really sucked hard, so skipped it on WatchOS 5, but damn I’m so hungry for new watch faces that I think I have to jump the beta wagon again ... well we’ll see how hard it is to get on board

I doubt it. It's just a modification of the Infograph Modular face, which is currently series 4 only.

Wondering if watches 0-3 will get the watch faces. They are still selling this model screen on their website and it supports the new software.. so I am assuming so.. but.. you never know

California watch face. I’m sick of all these round dials on this rectangle watch, we need more fitting options.

I really want this face but I have a S3. I was thinking about upgrading if they announced a Series 5, but I’m not sure what to do now!

None of the above. By far and away the #1 feature of WatchOS 6 is the new streaming API. We’ll finally get Spotify, Podcast and Radio streaming apps over cellular. That’s huge.

Not great. Mine goes into a reboot loop when it’s charging.

Edit: turns out it works fine with an official charger but not with the Nomad wireless charging dock (with Apple Watch adapter) I use. Worked fine on WatchOS 5.

Fact based on this release, or assumption based on others?

Second that, none of the features they're adding will benefit me.

I was kind of hoping for some performance gains, the workout app on my Series 2 is lagggggy
