WatchOS 7 b3 ECG not working

As title, series 4. Anyone else’s not working, or working. Checking if it’s a hardware issue.

I just tested the ECG app on my Series 4 running WatchOS 7 DB 3, and it is working.

Rather oddly today it seems to be working consistently. I'd restarted the device several times previously and had no joy. Perhaps it just doesn't like Sundays. Thanks!
