Does anybody experience that on watchOS 7 and maybe Series 6 only allows up to 4GB of music? I have S5 on 6.2.8 and there it allows up to 8GB but my new S6 on 7.0 allows only up to 4GB. Is there any possibility to get rid of this limit? Thank you.

I haven’t test it out just yet, but by removing playlist syncing feature, I feel Apple is seriously considering removing storage option (reduce it to 4GB for example) to force people to use Apple Music.

Nevermind, I just make it to sync 8GB, disconnected from iPhone and reconnecting and trasferring went on to 8GB.

Thats gonna work great for the folks without cellular. More likely Apple Music would be able to cache music on-device.

I still have 12 GB left but I can't add any more music. Not sure what I need 12 GB reserve for. But yeah, it seems like 8 GB is the limit.
