I'm a bit late to the party but I just installed 8.7 last night on my series 4. Now every time the screen comes on there is a blue border around the outside of the screen. It also happens sometimes when I open an app on my screen. Like if I open messages, there is a blue border around the top message. I have attached a picture of what it looks like. I guess my question is, is this behavior normal?

Not had any issue with that.

Thanks. I had to restore from a backup and it started happening after the restore. I don't know if it was a bad restore or is 8.7 is causing this on my series 4. Maybe it's 8.7. My complications seem to take a while to refresh, especially my weather complication.

Thanks. That is what it was. Somehow Assistive Touch got turned on. I guess because I use it on my phone to access Reachability with the on screen button. With it on, the blue borders are expected. I turned it off and no more blue boxes.
