- Look at every calculator app for iPad and most of them look ridiculous. It is also such a simple concept that is easily served by 10,000 options on the App Store-
Hence... why Apple should step in and fix it in iPadOS. 10,000 apps haven't been able to get it right, due to the real estate they've had to work in. So difficult to have a small Apple Watch size calculator in a corner of the search window or side area of iPadOS? Or, perhaps it can now be an option for multitasking an app?

I like that a watch timer is only on the watch but an iPhone timer is on both. It gets around the one timer limit, but also there are reasons for both.

i wish you could customize the watch timers, as I would rather have 45 minutes than 2 hrs.
Scroll to the bottom and hit custom.

My washer cycle is 50 minutes let’s see if it will finally understand me. Set a 50 minute timer. Setting 15 minute timer. Cancel timer. Set a fifth dee minute timer. 15 minutes got it.

For the love of god allow us to delete all messages at once in the messages app. I couldn’t believe there was no way to do this when I first bought an Apple Watch, and that was four years ago.

I’ve been asking for this for years. Now if only we can get the compilations to be smart and rotate depending on your daily routine.

I set multiple timers on my Apple Watch all the time. It goes something like this:

"Hey Siri set a timer for 10 minutes"

"...checking"

''...checking"

'...something went wrong. try again in a few minutes."

"Hey Siri, set a timer for 9 minutes."
Nothing like having to contact Cupertino to see if you’re aloud to set a timer :D

With watchOS 8, Apple will finally allow users to set multiple timers within the Timers app. Each specific timer can be given a label, such as laundry or cooking timer, and is viewed in a single list.

watchOS 8 has a wide range of features, including a new standalone Find My app that allows users to find and locate items part of the Find My network right on their wrist. Additionally, watchOS 8 renames the Breathe app to Mindfulness with an "enhanced Breathe experience" and new session types such as Reflect. Learn more about watchOS 8 here.

It’s a shame what I’d consider an overdue fix is this year’s big feature

Considering how powerful the watch is the apps have remarkably few features. This is a serious opportunity for improvement area.
The new Messages for watchOS demo during the WWDC keynote certainly demonstrated this well. And yes, I'll take multiple timers too, but syncing timers between devices would be great!

I was very skeptical about possible blood glucose ability with the new watch but, now, I am not so sure of my previous position. The following is from the iOS 15 Preview webpage. https://www.apple.com/ios/ios-15-preview/features/

"Blood glucose highlights
Receive highlights that show your blood glucose levels during sleep as well as during exercise. Interactive charts make it even easier for you to review your blood glucose data.6"

Granted this is probably highlighting the ability for diabetics to more easily monitor their levels etc. but, I think this could also be showing a little sneak peak at what an Apple Watch may focus on in this area as well.

Something to think about.

This is a very simple function which was lacking before. Now it is here.

After another 19 minutes 41 seconds, that bacon won't be crispy. It'll be positively cremated.
Soft but crispy bacon, the patient way:

place bacon in pan and just barely cover the bacon with water

cook on high heat until the water is almost all evaporated

continue searing on med-low to your crispy preference

enjoy your crispy but not overdone and still flexible bacon with no tough chewy fat. Bonus time! filter the rendered fat through a paper towel and freeze it. Next time you have fried eggs use it as your cooking fat

As the old adage goes, one never stops learning ;-) .... that sounds rather tasty!

Not only did the iOS clock app not get support for multiple timers, but they also went backwards to the old trash rolodex time selector for the alarms page:

I was beyond happy when Apple made it better in iOS 14. This UI element needs to go, it's terrible for both experience and ever-so-precious screen real-estate.

About time. When I first got my watch I had a use case at the time for this (now forgotten) and couldn’t believe that I couldn’t set more than one timer. It’s frustrating that Apple takes so long to do some simple things. Instead they invest in fluff like new memoji’s.

Had to use timer+ to get multiple timers. Unfortunately that required setting the timer on your phone. There is another app that allows multiple timers that you can set on your watch w/o the need of your phone but it required watchOS 7 (I have a series 1).

Does anyone have problems reading messages, directions lately?

I wish the size of the print was a bit larger/clearer. I did not have any problems before.
