WatchOS 8, ApplePay is broken?

I can't pay with ApplePay anymore with WatchOS8. When I pick my creditcard on my watch and should doubletap the button to pay, I get some app-switching menu instead?
Anyone had issues with this? Has worked fine before..

I have had this happen to me a few times too. You can adjust the Side Button Click Speed double-click speed in Accessibility settings in the Watch app on the iPhone to try to help with this issue.

Yep, side button click-speed… Apple Pay works just fine with watchos8, used it already 10 times or so

No, it's impossible for me. I pick my creditcard, the screen says "tap twice to pay" (in swedish actually), but just when I tap once, I get this app-switching menu ("now playing", "calendar" / whatever), it's *not* related to click-speed.
Worked fine with WatchOS7. I haven't touched any settings for this, anyone have a clue what has happened?

Restarting the watch fixed it!
