WatchOS 9.3 Battery problems

** UPDATE ** so this is different. I left my watch on charge all evening and while I slept. It got to 100% charged and I have now worn it for the last hour or more and it has not dropped 1% so apparently it 'feels' as if it is now fixed, running on 9.3.1.

This is an issue with watch o/s 9.3.1 at least on a 45mm watch 8. I have tried to upgrade multiple times and it kills my battery within a couple of hours. Once I revert back to watch o/s 9.3 (NOT 9.3.1) it seems to be fine.

Since i did the latest update, my battery drain on my AW4 have been insane. Usually i charged before bedtime, and then used it untill 24h later when i did the same procedure.
But now, its out of battery about 12h after it was charged. It drained from 70% to 5% in 1.5h when i had the watch of my wrist, just on the desk.
Anyone found any fix for this?
