Strange situation. Have you updated the firmware lately? Was everything all right?

Does anyone have a problem with “Now playing” app on Apple Watch after updating to 9.4.? The app doesn’t appear automatically when I listening music on my iPhone. After raising the wrist, watch face appears. Before update everything was fine. Anyone noticed same issue? Sometimes when I switch the source of sound on the Watch, there’s a screen about problem with AirPlay. That’s weird.

I’m having the same issue with my series 8. The auto play feature doesn’t pop up. I’ve tried resetting my watch and that didn’t help.

I’m getting that too. I have to manually select now playing.

I’ve also had problems with activity, it is showing 100% activity from midnight until I get up - today it was 750 minutes of activity and 8 hours of standing up, when I got up at 7:30! It has done that 3 times now, although that might have something to do with Bosch Flow, which is connected to my Kiox 300 bike computer, which I got a couple of weeks before the last update, but the effect is only since the last watch update.

If you can, please make a report on Apple Feedback site. That could Apple help to resolve it.

Talked to Apple support today. Went through a lot troubleshooting. What fixed my issue was resetting and unpairing watch. Then setting it up again as a new watch. Did not restore from the back up.

I think I have found the problem with it recording excessive activity and standing hours.

It seems to be linked to the Bosch Flow app for my bike (as a coincidence, I got my bike a couple of days before the update). It automatically records when the bike is turned on and records the route. If you just turn the bike off, it stops the immediate activity tracking, but if you don't go into the app and turn off the tracking, it remains active until you come back to the bike and when you turn it back on, the hours between the last ride and the current ride are shown as 100% training and that you were standing up the whole time!

I'll be pushing a bug notice in their direction!
