watchOS Beta 7 Issue with Seconds

Hi,
I've been using the Activity Digital watch face with watchOS 6. When I installed the public beta 7, the seconds seem to have a delay, where it skips every few seconds. Here's a video showing the issue:

Any thoughts? How do you report bugs to Apple for beta OS?

You should have a Feedback app that came with your beta install. Reinstall the beta. That should fix the problem.
