watchOS bug does not let me swipe?

More often, I cannot swipe down to read missed notifications and the same happens when I try to swipe between watch faces. Only the scroll swipe (like in my list of apps) seems to work. The only way to fix it, is by restarting the watch. Anyone else? Seems to have happened with the latest release

I've seen this now and again on my watch like its locked up. Generally i just leave it for a short while and it comes back. Not sure whats causing it. I keep meaning to reset my watch and set it up again but not got round to doing it as yet.

Mine does that occasionally and I just restart it.
