Downloaded watchOS4 onto my AW2. When notifications come through from my phone (8+ on ios11), instead of seeing the app symbol when the notification first appears, I am seeing a blank square with 'graph' style lines on it. This is happening with notifications from Twitter and from The Guardian (and a couple of others). Was also happening with my old 7+ and ios11. Other apps such as skype and imessage are working fine. Both Twitter and The Guardian have released an ios11 update.
This is more of a nuisance than an end of the world type event but I was wondering if anyone else was seeing this and if there is a fix. I've tried the usual of powercycling both watch and phone but that didn't work.
