o_O oh my god ....., those rice is not cook yet ,,,, any dangerous happend later with those rice ,,,,

can i eat those rice or just throw it away ,,,,, not cook yet .... i think it ok ........,


the point is my iphone not drop into water , i just use wet paper towd clean surface lcd cause it dirt , i didn't know result so bad ..... ,,,,

3 day already

first day was 90 % water spot
second day drop 50 % water spot
third day drop 40 % water spot

i think it will go away slowly ,,,, but i will try rice to get it faster gone

after 1 night putting in rice bucket
my back screen protector rip off ,,, no more stick .... but my iphone still not heel back normal ,,,, very slow recovery
 
thakns for advice , i was using duck tape wrap in bottom charger hole and little tiny earphone hole :)

Why use duct tape as it will just hold in the moisture. :mad:

You are covering the openings that the moisture needs to come out of.

Just wrap it in a paper towel!

Never mind, duct tape is fine for you.

was the moisture not just under the screen protector? You can't get water in the display as its laminated to the front glass.
 
oh man - last night i put again and this morning same result - no improve

i might try open sim tray and leaving without duck tape or grab a whole

let moisture inside exhust out

1 more try if not work i bring to apple store -

apple store not fix then give away to old country to someone when i travelling this yrs new year of monkey -
 
So when you sell it someone without telling them that you're no longer going to make the next payments on it, will you also tell them that you got it wet?

tonight i will open 2 screw lift up and leave in rice that way let see moisture help or not

if not then i wont bring to apple store for they charge me $299 i will bring to my country give relative for free -

god decide it like that - even i want it not like that

Don't rule out tape yet. Just make sure to use only genuine Duck™ Tape.
