    Hello,

It was about a good couple (4ish) months ago my wife accidentally spilled some water causing my macbook air 2013 13" to shutdown. After about an hour, the laptop was fully functional....

Now... fast forward to today, the macbook air just stopped working. Plugged into the wall jack, it doesn't even show orange or green on the battery status. Few days ago it was fully functional! It just stopped working and stopped charging out of the blue.

Initial water was poured on left side towards the screen hinge. What parts should I get for repair? Any methods to check rather or not a part is broken?

    Thanks...

Left upper corner if facing the screen is the video LCD connection.
Not a good place to get wet. Being this long after it could be corrosion anywhere inside. You are going to have to open it up and look around, depends on what is burned.
You may need to also remove the logic board and look at the under side.
I would start by remove the back cover, disconnect the battery, then try to power on only with a known good charger
