Hi, this may have been asked before but I can’t find a thread but I am looking for advice on the best water logging app that integrates well with Apple Health.

I’ve Been tossing up with iHydrate or Water Minder. Happy with any others to consider if there are better ones out there.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I haven't used iHydrate but Water Minder is fantastic.

I've used it for a couple of months now and it does everything I need it to. You can customise it to add other drinks and different drink sizes. It also fully integrates with the Health app.

Great thanks for getting back to me. That’s good enough for me. Can you change the metric from oz to ml?

Yes. Water Minder is a great, nifty app and it has helped me throughout the day. I'd recommend it. You can also add or customize for various drinks (water, juice, soda, etc.) with label(s) per each custom one.

Definitely Water Minder. I've been using it for almost 2 years. Love it.

WaterMinder... it's neat.

The only thing that I'm a bit reluctant to accept is that it states milk's hydration impact as 1.2 (as compared to water), which is questionable, though apparently there is some scientific data to support it, and tea's hydration impact as the same as water... from what I've been taught is that tea is a diuretic so I'd be hard pressed to equate its hydration value with water. Anyway, luckily hydration impact values for each beverage are customizable so I changed mine to 1 for milk and to 0.9 for tea as a compromise of sorts between my thinking and the app's suggested values. :)

I like WaterMinder and it's my 2nd go to. However I like Aquaz because I can change the amount needed daily based upon if I'm out in the sun all day or if I worked out. Both of these will increase the required daily consumption to keep me hydrated.
