I found this setting on my aw2
& I found it kinda funny. What is it supposed to do exactly, blow a fan threw any possible holes water could get in? Lol

The water is forced out through the speaker port. Apple explained this in the Key Note, if you have not seen it.
 
Watching key note is too long it chews up my data

It opens the flood gates, which get closed if you activate swim mode! :D
Jokes aside, like others said, it ejects water through the speaker.
 
It doesn't work amazingly, after I left a water park yesterday and ejected it the speakers were still fuzzy all night but it is good now
