Unlikely.
The next Apple device to get wireless charging would likely be the iPad.
Also, wireless charging needs to be fairly efficient and convenient. Not sure if current wireless charging technologies are able to transmit enough current affordably at the same rate as a wired charger.
The key word here is "affordably." I'm not paying $250 for a wireless MacBook charger when I can buy a wired charger for $30-50 that'll probably charge my notebook computer faster anyhow.
As for water resistance, I don't really see the point for the notebook computers. It's not like you're jogging in the rain with one of these things. If it's raining and you're transporting a MacBook, it's likely in a bag, not in your hand.
I'm sure water resistance could be implemented but the cost wouldn't benefit most users.
