I have a TV/AppleTV next to my hot tub. They are in a waterproof cabinet that opens when we want to watch TV while soaking.
I put the AppleTV remote in several shrink-wrap bags that so far has provided adequate protection from the splashing but it makes navigating a little tricky. I found a (supposedly) waterproof remote for the AppleTV, but it's $179. It looks like a normal ATV remote, but notes "This waterproof remote has been treated so it's completely waterproof. This means you can safely and confidently use it by the pool, hot tub, or near sprinklers."
A link for reference. https://www.weatherprooftelevisions.com/proddetail.php?prod=Weatherproof-Apple-TV-Remote
Wonder if anyone has any better solution or experience with that remote.

That is a pretty extraordinary price for a remote! I’d probably be satisfied with using the remote that is accessible from the control centre of my phone, which is already waterproof.

As above I’d just use the remote on my iPhone, or even the remote on my Apple Watch.
