The refurbished inventory changes frequently, sometimes several times a day. It has nothing to do with new product introductions. It's only based on what items have been returned to Apple and have gone through the refurbishment process.

True, I am betting these are people who couldnt wait and just bought one and then returned it with the hopes a new one will be released tomorrow.
