Like any browsers or addons for safari ios that lets you browse with no images somehow if it detects internet data is slow? That or a way to disable images manually when you notice it is super slow to load sites. Of course impossible to solve streaming video at least from the internet. Unless you stream at 144p or 240p lol. That is painful though. If news sites even have that kind of quality anymore. Lowest I seen recently is 360p.
