Waze GPS and streaming services

Has anyone had an issue with Waze GPS or Spotify stopping after about 30-40 mins? I can have full LTE and it says "Searching Network" for Waze, or it just sits and tries to load on Spotify. I have to close the app out and restart the phone in order for it to work again.

Also, I got the download notification for PB2 for iPad 2, but never got anything for my iphone 6. Is there something special I need to do for the phone update? Or is it pushed automatically as part of the Beta thats already installed?
