Have anyone here tried this player?
It seems like a great little device.
I plan to use it to watch "rushes" on my 42" TV.
Finally an easy way to play my XDCAM EX footage on HD TV.
It supports 1080P as well.
One can use many different USB devices, memory sticks, hard disks, cameras etc as source

I also am looking into this was thinkin about an apple tv but considering I still don t have an HD TV. And the difference on prices between this player and the ATV. Is quite noticeable I want to know how well it will work out with my mac files. And stuff I don't expect to be able to just add the iTunes folder and iPhoto library to a drive and it just work? Or will it?

Seems like it's a replica of the Apple TV and it looks like this thing is HD. If you don't mind not being able to rent movies from it I would go with this one. I think you would have to use something like HandBrake do get the movies in a format that this excepts and then put the file on this. I doubt any software that this thing comes with is as easy to use as iTunes, and that's even if it's compatible with Mac.:( Look's like a good product for $130.:)
BTW, when I checked the price it said Out of Stock so I guess others like it too.

Happy New Year,
David

i ll keep my eye on those there too, thx for the info,, but i think it ll probably come up to be the same as best buy 180 cad, because of the extra shipping charges, plus difference of dollar and taxes at the border
