The exploit used for this JB has been patched in 10.2. You can still downgrade to 10.1.1.
I downgraded to iOS 10.1.1 this morning, now to download nearly 200gb of music again. Why doesn't apple have a download all music button
So it's probably better to stay jailbroken on 9.3 and download the ispw to 10.1.1 than upgraded to 10.1.1 right now correct?
It depends, what if apple have stoped signing iOS 10.1.1 by the time the jailbreak for it is released?
If Apple stops signing 10.1.1 and you haven't upgraded to 10.1.1 on your phone, you will have to stay on 9.3 or upgrade to 10.2 and lose your JB.

So it's pretty much risk vs reward. If I updated to iOS 10 I'll be stock and have to wait for a jailbreak to be released and if I don't updated I could miss out on 10.1.1 if apples stops signing before the jailbreak is released? Dam this is tough
I sent my replacement iPhone back twice, also because I received both refurbished iPhones, and got lucky when my 3rd iPhone came brand new in the box is was on 9.0.3. Decisions decision

Nice, hope tinyumbrella gets updated or something simpler to automate the shsh blobs process.
Ya, its kinda pain to do this way but a few are offering to do it for others in the thread. But just did it sick and someone had to point out I forgot the numbering system for models lol. Right now it does require you to know some of the complex stuff on either OS's.
Just take the tutorial one step at a time (well, if you have a Mac). Don't be intimidated by all the instructions.
I did the SHSH save last night and all seemed great, I did get an error on from what I recall, the radio could not be verified, and that is what I think to be the verizon radio from 10.2, I downgraded but I noticed the radio stayed v27.1.
At least I hope so, otherwise no other errors and went according to instructions.

Just Bit the the bullet and updated to 10.2 to downgrade to 10.1.1 and lost my 9.3.3 iPad Air JB. I'm hopeful that a nice Xmas present will be round the corner as I do like my Mame on my Air with a PS3 controller via Controllers4All
