    Okay, what does this mean since I did order a 16gb Ipad on the 11th

    And you of course have an email confirmation with an order number?

    Of course I do. I did say I ordered one.

    Saying "I ordered one" doesn't necessarily say "I have an email and confirmation number." So there is either a glitch in the online confirmation system or some other problem (duh). In either case you'll likely get a better response calling Apple Customer Service.
