One of my friends went to a candy convention and got some Pulparindo tamarind candies, which we gave to kids at Halloween - I suspect it was quite a surprise for anyone that ate it..."The candy is made from the pulp of the tamarind fruit and is flavoured with sugar, salt, and Chili peppers, making it simultaneously tart, sweet, salty, and spicy."
